Responsibilities:
- Complete, review, and update clinical documents per program guidelines.
- Conduct individual and/or weekly family therapy sessions with assigned clients.
- Facilitate group sessions.
- Provide crisis intervention on an as-needed basis.
- Maintain medical records and notes per program guidelines.
- Attend weekly group and individual supervision sessions as required by the BBS.
- Attend all mandatory staff meetings.
- Conducts oneself in a professional manner in all areas to include, but not limited to; dress, language, attitude, and behavior.
- Understand and maintain policies regarding professional law and ethics, including appropriate boundaries and client confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Masters in Psychology (MFT, ASW, APCC.)
- Must possess or be eligible for registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Calm demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills.
