We seek a visionary Clinical Director to lead the development and management of our clinical infrastructure as we establish our hybrid practice.
This role is crucial in integrating innovative digital solutions with effective mental health practices, focusing on youth therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Infrastructure for Youth Therapy:
- Spearheaded the development of clinical protocols tailored for youth mental health.
- Implement PerSoN technology and other digital tools to enhance the therapeutic experience for young clients.
- Ensure services are adaptable, engaging, and effective for a younger demographic.
Youth-Focused Clinical Team Management:
- Build and lead a team specializing in youth mental health.
- Promote a culture of empathy, understanding, and innovation in treating young clients.
- Implement training programs focusing on the latest trends in youth therapy.
Business Growth and Innovation:
- Contribute significantly to the company's growth, with the opportunity to earn stock options.
- Drive initiatives to position our startup as a leading player in the digital health industry.
- Foster relationships that could lead to future government contracts and collaborations.
Counselor Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract skilled counselors.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate qualifications, and onboard new counselors.
- Collaborate with HR to manage the counselor onboarding process.
Clinical Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of counselors, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Establish clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to counselors as needed.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure our counseling services meet the highest quality standards and adhere to industry best practices.
- Implement quality assurance processes, including case reviews and ongoing supervision.
- Address clinical concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

Counseling Services :
- Balancing your working hours to providing counseling services.
- Maintain a caseload of clients and deliver exceptional counseling services.
- Demonstrate clinical excellence and unwavering adherence to ethical standards.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the platform's smooth launch.
- Maintain effective communication with counselors, delivering updates, feedback, and support.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in youth therapy and a passion for innovating mental health care.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field with a valid clinical license.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
- Familiarity with digital health technologies and their application in therapy.
- Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Possess a valid clinical license as a mental health clinician (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist).
- Demonstrated experience in clinical management, ideally within an online counseling or mental health startup environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
