The Star is the 91-acre campus of the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and practice facility! Developed as a first-of-its-kind partnership between the City of Frisco and Frisco ISD, The Star allows fans to connect with the Dallas Cowboys in ways they have never imagined.

What You'll Be Doing:
Support the Restaurant General Manager as needed for all daily operations.
Responsible for interviewing front-of-the-house (FOH), hourly candidates.
Onboard new FOH hourly associates.
Train new FOH employees per company procedure and steps of service requirements.
Perform restaurant FOH shift management including but not limited to daily cash procedure, opening/closing duties, and verification scheduling of FOH employees.
Work with BOH management to ensure proper food presentation and sanitation guidelines
Be a bridge of communication during service to all areas of the restaurant.
Ensure guest satisfaction by touching tables, correcting employee/POS/kitchen mistakes, conducting food and beverage quality checks, and maintaining a managerial presence on the floor.
Build a relationship with the guest to drive repeat business and seek out memorable moments
Administrative duties such as tallying receipts, labor, and tip tracking, ordering supplies, preparing deposits, writing shift notes, and inventory.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, complying with health and legal regulations, and maintaining security systems.
Updates job skills by participating in restaurant industry training seminars, company training, and other educational opportunities. Actively involved in professional restaurant organizations such as the Texas Restaurant Association and/or local restaurant or hospitality networking groups.
Celebrate team members' successes and constructively coach FOH employees when performance improvement is needed.
What We Need From You:
We are looking for someone with a progressive history in the service industry with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory/management role. Preference is given to candidates with full-service restaurant management experience.
Guest and service-focused professional that thrives in a volume atmosphere and is dedicated to serving the best quality product.
Has knowledge of computers, email, spreadsheets, Aloha/NCR, OpenTable Guest Center; prefer knowledge of Schedulefly, Avero, and Pulse.
Works well with others and works well under pressure. Our restaurants get busy and our pizzas come out fast!
Able to work scheduled shifts at the assigned restaurant location in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. The exact location for this position is in the works, as we are a growing team!

Pay: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
