Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing revenue.
Duties:
- Assist in managing hotel staff and ensuring all team members adhere to company policies
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies for achieving revenue goals
- Oversee guest relations and address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Assist in supervising front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Monitor hotel inventory and room availability to maximize revenue
Skills:
- Proficiency in revenue management techniques to optimize hotel profitability
- Strong guest relations skills to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures
- Experience in guest services, including handling inquiries and requests promptly
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette for professional interactions
- Excellent supervisory skills to lead and motivate staff effectively
