Responsibilities: As a Digital School Psychologist with VocoVision, your core responsibilities will include:
- Conducting virtual assessments to evaluate the academic and emotional needs of K-12 students.
- Collaborating effectively with educators, parents, and fellow professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Providing counseling and intervention services tailored to students with mild to moderate diagnoses.
- Carefully monitoring student progress, making necessary adjustments to interventions, and maintaining detailed records.
- Actively participating in virtual IEP meetings and contributing valuable insights to ensure optimal educational outcomes.
- Upholding the highest ethical standards and following best practices in the field of school psychology.
Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- State licensure as a School Psychologist in Michigan.
- Proven experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with mild to moderate diagnoses.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, interpreting results, and developing effective IEPs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating productive virtual collaboration.
- Comfort and proficiency with technology, including the use of telepractice platforms.
