This exciting childcare company seeks team players who are responsible, enthusiastic and creative. Someone who fosters a sense of wonder in the children with the shared goals of delivering nurturing and thoughtful childcare in the role of Childcare Provider. The schedule is designed to have flexibility and is perfect for candidates who require schedules of 25 to 40 hours of work per week that work around other activities in their routine.
The primary roles and responsibilities include:
- Caring for 1 to 2 children at a time in their home, hotel room, childcare room at a church or other event and being a nurturing, caring, safe and stable adult figure to support them in their day. Depending on the assignment it may require more structure or it may require orchestrating a fun environment.
- Executing daily routines for children at various ages from infant to 12 years old in a playful learning environment. Examples include but are not limited to potty training, food prep and eating, napping, playing games, outdoor activities, changing diapers, homework help, art projects, etc.
- Are careful observers and engage children in age appropriate developmental activities to stimulate play and interaction
- Maintaining notes and photos of the child’s activities and accomplishments throughout the day to communicate to the parents and your supervisor

· Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
Other attributes a plus: Experience working with children or in a school setting, teaching (early education, grade school, music, art, sports or similar), and customer service experience. College degree in a related field
Physical Effort: Work involves light to moderate physical effort such as lifting or moving children, frequent standing, bending and walking.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
