What You'll Do
ERP Administration
- Manage and maintain the ERP system, including user access, security settings, and data integrity.
- Configure and customize ERP workflows, scripts, and reports to meet business requirements.
- Perform regular system audits and backups to ensure data security and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues and provide technical support to users.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify system improvements and implement changes.
- Stay updated on ERP system updates, features, and best practices to maximize system utilization.
- Create and maintain documentation for ERP processes and configurations.
- Manages third party relationships for customization and collaboration.
Software Support
- Work with software team to develop custom applications that support business objectives.
- Develop and write software for projects related to the in-house ERP system.
IT Support
- Serves as back-up to onsite IT Specialist to include hardware, software, helpdesk, and general IT support.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proven experience as an ERP Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP system administration, configuration, and customization.
- API integration experience (ERP, WMS, CMS, CRM)
- API development experience (RESTful JSON)
- Experience with IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and backup procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven project management experience.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting modern ERP and IT applications; defining and mapping business processes and understanding integration between various applications.
- Ability to work with software using C#, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
- Previous work experience as a NetSuite Administrator or comparable role
- Utilize SuiteScript and JavaScript to create custom scripts for specific functionalities or enhancements.
