The Sous Chef is responsible for ensuring that all meals are well prepared with regard to quality, consistency, eye appeal and taste. He/she is expected to provide guidance for all staff. Assist in establishing food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation. The Castle restaurant is a rewarding place to work.
