Primary duties include receiving & inventory of goods, kitting projects, transporting goods via truck and / or forklift and shipping.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license
- Must pass MVR check
- Must have safe driving record and a valid driver's license according to legal requirements
REQUIRED KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Able to drive an automatic and standard transmission vehicle
- Ability to be self-motivated and work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to mange driving route and schedule in a ten thousand pound or larger stake bed
- Responsible for loading and unloading company truck/van in a safe and professional manner, securing all loads before transport
- Follow all traffic laws and drive in a professional manner during transport
- Follow all jobsite specific safety protocols when unloading or loading the vehicle
- Responsible for the upkeep of shop vehicles and warehouse. Help with minor maintenance/assembly issues in the warehouse or office.
- Track transfer and transport various items including, but not limited to; tools, office furniture/supplies, prefabricated material and payroll.
- Perform all work in accordance with safety procedures and regulations
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspection in accordance with D.O.T
- Perform proper housekeeping throughout shift.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Hourly Rate Starting at $25.00 Depending on Skills and Experience
