- Social Media Management: Help manage and update the company’s social media profiles, engage with followers, and track the performance of social media campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape. Compile and analyze data to support marketing strategies.
- Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining marketing calendars, and coordinating marketing projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on various platforms, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
