Applies knowledge about curriculum, requirements and educational activities to coordinate professional health education programs. Coordinates and maintains program operations, which may include teaching and learning activities, program curriculum, learner scheduling, maintaining databases, tracking learner compliance, and program accreditation.
This role is intended to support the coordination of our evidence leadership development -based practice, international, and specialty programs and will involve the following:
- Communicate and coordinate with learners, faculty, coaches, mentors & other internal and external stakeholders and vendors on program scheduling, preparation for learning sessions, and other administrative duties.
- Serve as point person for learners, including developing and sending communications related to participation.
- Coordinate and administer learner assessments, projects & evaluations, including organizing and managing files and sharing summary data and recommendations with key stakeholders.
- Update website & marketing collateral with partners, including drafting language and getting approval.
- Coordinate and staff virtual and on-site programs, including event production.
- Coordinate program accreditation process with key stakeholders.
- Evaluate current systems and processes and recommend updates to improving learner experience and/or team efficiency.
- Participate in program budget development.

The salary range for this position is $67,600 - $120,200 (Annual Rate).
