2 1/2 year old INDEPENDENT start up!
Recently expanded from 2300 to 4000sq ft. We have 7 exam rooms. Office for associates and a separate one for management. We have 5 (really) RVTs. 3 VA. 1 owner vet. 1 amazing associate. 3 CSR. And a PM.
Cornerstone. Digital rads dental and body. Peek and shriek ultrasound. Mobile IM, surgery, and dentist for root canals are all offered. Did you know dental instruments are sharpened daily? Phovia. Ligasure. Fear free. We do our own soft tissue. Cystotomy. Pyos. Spleens. Nephrectomy. Dog thyroidectomy. Amputation. Enucleation. Dentigerous cyst.
4 days a week 8am-5pm. We could do 3 days as well. No weekends. Ever. Though associate and owner trade for long weekends many months. Base. Production 20% service. 10% all meds (refills, proheart, Cytopoint, all of it). Monthly production. 2 weeks PTO. 48 hours sick leave. 5ish days CE (give a good reason for more and it would likely be granted) $3,000 CE. 6 paid holidays. Avma. Plit. DEA if needed. 401k match. No insurance because the staff all voted no. We fire clients (one of the best parts of being not corporate).

Duties:
- Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in animals
- Perform surgeries, including spaying and neutering, full COHATs
- Conduct regular preventative care (follow AAHA, WSAVA, AVMA, AAFP guidelines)
- Provide emergency care to animals in critical condition during business hours
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care and nutrition (we do not advocate raw food, we stick with the big 5)
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and other staff members to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical records for all patients
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in veterinary medicine
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school or equivalent
- Valid state veterinary license
- Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, physiology, and diseases
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with pet owners and staff members
- Compassion and empathy towards animals and their owners

Pay: $115,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 – 34 per week
