Team Member Relations Intern
(Year Round)
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Make recommendations to avoid violations of employment law, company policies, and company culture.
- Assist plant HR and management with progressive discipline and terminations.
- Assist with the preparation and negotiations of labor agreements.
- Assist in the preparation of arbitration, mediation, hearings, and any related Team Member relations activities.
- Act as an objective, neutral advocate who seeks to understand, investigate, and make unbiased recommendations for all sides: the company, Team Members, and Leaders.
- Assist with Team Member Relations project implementation and management.

- Expected workload: minimum 30 hours per week, depending on schedule/availability of qualified candidate
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of one year or equivalent in an accredited college pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Previous work experience preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite
