```Duties```
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare center
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise and engage with children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Assist with diaper changes, potty training, and personal hygiene routines
- Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues appropriately
- Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure a smooth and organized daily routine
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare center
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in babysitting, caregiving, or working in a daycare setting
- Knowledge of toddler care, infant care, preschool education, or special education is a plus
- Ability to educate and engage children through creative activities and play
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors with empathy
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred but required (willingness to obtain certification)
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and fellow staff members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
