Your Role
As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be the friendly voice of GoFoodservice! You'll have the opportunity to:
- Turn customer inquiries into positive experiences, solving their problems quickly and efficiently.
- Master our products and services to guide customers toward the best solutions.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and our internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely customer updates.

The Logistics
- This is an on-site position based in our Louisville, KY office.
- Standard office hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm.
