Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for the organization. This role involves identifying and converting prospects into customers, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The Sales Executive will also serve as a liaison between customers, sales functions, and operations, and assist with necessary account management and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify prospects through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
● Convert prospects into customers by effectively communicating the value of the organization’s offerings.
● Negotiate pricing and contracts to achieve favorable terms for both the company and the customer.
● Utilize HubSpot CRM for entering new prospective client information, pricing, and invoicing needs.
● Stay on top of newly generated leads that Marketing provides to Sales and move them through the pipeline.
● Adopt new technology and processes that the Company provides to support your growth and success.
● Serve as a liaison between customers, sales functions, and operations to ensure smooth communication and operations.
● Monitor and assist with customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
● Assist with account management as necessary.
● Provide support to the sales team with technical questions, internal stakeholder relationships, and processes.
● Learn new technologies to support sales and sales operations as needed or instructed.
● Follow ethical practices with customer and consumer data.
● Help refine, implement, and execute the sales strategy.
● Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
● Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
● Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
● Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
● Track and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
● Introduce innovative sales strategies and techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
● Manage and optimize your time to be highly efficient and prioritizing the right tasks at the right time to maximize your output by working smarter.
● Address and resolve customer issues and crises promptly and effectively.
● Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
● Highly developed verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence decisions among target accounts.
● Thorough experience with professional selling skills, including opening, probing, supporting, and closing.
● Strong analytical skills and strategic vision in establishing appropriate sales outreach techniques.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Strong organizational and presentation skills.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales with a focus in print, direct mail, marketing.
● Proficiency in computer applications such as Windows, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and database software.
● Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools to support sales efforts.
● Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
● Advanced negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively.
● Deep understanding of the industry and market trends to provide insights and competitive analysis.
● High emotional intelligence to effectively manage and respond to customer emotions and behavior.
● Ability to manage sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
● Proficiency in data analysis to drive decision-making and sales strategies.
