Account Executive
Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Account Executive where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to excel in a fast-paced environment. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity and responsibility of building and maintaining relationships with client accounts, helping clients grow their businesses, and providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge Strong Partnerships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with brokers & banks across multiple states.
- Educate and Empower: Train clients on our diverse loan programs, products, guidelines, and processes to ensure they’re equipped with the knowledge they need.
- Support Broker Growth: Advocate for your brokers and work to ensure every loan achieves its potential.
- Be the Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients throughout all phases of the loan process to ensure success.
- Monitor & Optimize Performance: Oversee and manage the performance of accounts within your pipeline.
- Drive Sales Growth: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of loans, consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce.
- Be the Source: Serve as the primary resource for clients, providing expert guidance and innovative remedies.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience Matters: At least one year as an account executive in the mortgage industry is a must. Experience as a loan officer or mortgage banker is a plus.
- Retail vs. Wholesale Savvy: Clear comprehension of the differences between retail and wholesale lending.
- Relationship Builder: Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining business relationships within the mortgage industry.
- Excellent Communicator: Skilled and professional communication skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Adaptable Learner: Willingness to embrace new sales training and adapt to changes.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the mortgage industry, with experience in retail or wholesale mortgage lending.
- Accountability and Work Ethic: Hardworking, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- On-Site Commitment: Full-time, on-site attendance is required.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for efficient sales tracking.
- Competitive Drive: Eager to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
- B2B Sales Experience: Proven experience in a business-to-business sales model.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
