Job Description: The Regional Director of Operations at Beecan Health is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic management of multiple long-term care facilities across various states. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in long-term care management, multi-state management, and a proven track record of driving census growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Operations and Project Management:

Proficient in financial analysis and interpretation of financial statements.

Implementing efficient and effective processes across multiple facilities.

Managing revenue and expenses to optimize financial performance and star rating improvement.

Evaluating overall community performance, including census, finance, quality, personnel, and regulatory compliance, and making recommendations for improvement.

Addressing turnover staffing and ensuring adequate staffing levels.

Assisting in the review and monitoring of vendor, consultant, and payer contracts.

Promoting census development through strategic planning, program development, and marketing initiatives.
Community Operations:

Ability to step in as interim Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) as needed.

Collaborating with state authorities and surveyors to ensure regulatory compliance.

Recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring NHAs across communities.

Promoting inclusivity and accountability within the team.

Collaborating with home office and business partners to implement projects and ensure adherence to timelines.
Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in long-term care, with at least 5 years of multi-state management experience.

California Nursing Home Administrator License required.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven track record in census growth and operational improvement.
