Key Responsibilities:
Swiftly receive and unload incoming shipments.
Verify shipments against purchase orders and inspect for accuracy and quality.
Document and report any discrepancies or damages.
Skillfully organize and store materials in designated areas.
Optimize warehouse space for maximum efficiency.
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
Perform regular inventory counts and maintain precise records.
Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels.
Quickly reconcile any inventory discrepancies.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Ensure every order is packed securely and correctly labeled.
Meet and exceed customer expectations with timely and accurate shipments.
Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing shipments.
Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks.
Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on all equipment.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Work closely with other warehouse staff to achieve daily goals.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure all products meet quality standards before shipping.
Quickly address and resolve any quality issues.
Adhere to and implement quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
