We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated sales and operational leader to manage a team in a district.
Job Summary
As Franchise District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the revenue and operations of our franchise locations in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and New Mexico. You will form great relationships with 8-12 franchisees and will cover 40-50 schools. You will play a crucial role in exceeding financial targets while ensuring the consistent implementation of our company culture and standards. You will strive to drive operational excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This position requires regular travel, strong leadership skills, and effective communication with various leaders in the organization.
Responsibilities

Build great relationships with our franchisees.

Accelerate revenue growth by providing a great end-to-end customer experience and driving effective sales strategies.

Effectively consult franchise owners on P&L opportunities.

Oversee operational performance within the district.

Provide on demand and scheduled operational support based on immediate needs.

Develop and implement annual plans to achieve financial targets, improve customer satisfaction, and drive customer retention.

Ensure compliance with all Streamline Brands standards and processes.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve business goals.

Serve as point of escalation for facility, back-office support, and customer related issues.

Manage budgets and financial performance for the west region.
Qualifications

Experience managing or overseeing multi-unit operations.

Franchise experience is a plus.

Proven track record of achieving financial targets, improving customer satisfaction, and driving employee engagement and retention.
