JOB SUMMARY
The objective of the Sales & Marketing Manager is to ensure the maintenance of current and accurate marketing management activities. The position requires the ability to record and report marketing information using MS Excel, MS Word, and various Internet Based programs. Performance must directly enhance the communication of marketing information of the company.
This position requires attention to details in all aspects of Marketing Management and depends on accurate data collection and timely reporting of information to enhance sales and profitably.
Develop a comprehensive Marketing and Strategic plan based on the strategic plan (In Process). Specific areas to include the following:
- Build relationships with new and existing agencies and contractors.
- Website – continued monitoring and adjustments to stay relevant.
- Develop and monitor a professional social media platform.
- Complete weekly reports on new general contractors – completed pre-qualifications.
- Complete weekly reports on new leads provided to the branches.
- Make weekly calls / in-person visits to general contractor’s pre-construction team.
- Complete weekly reports on quotes to general contractors that have been pre-qualified.
- Make monthly visits to various branches and take the branch managers on new pre-qualified pre-construction meetings.
- Communicate daily with general contractor pre-construction teams to provide budgets / fence design options on upcoming projects.
- Daily communication with branch managers / project managers in each branch to ensure proposals are being completed and offering superior customer service.
Requirements
- A high school degree is required. Prefer some higher education. Significant (5-10 years) of experience can offset educational requirements.
- This position requires a minimum of 2 years of marketing and financial administrative experience.
