We are seeking an outgoing, detailed Customer Service Specialist to join Rhythm Healthcare, a leader in the Respiratory and DME (durable medical equipment) market.
You will work closely with business customers to ensure their total satisfaction, both over the phone, via email and through the website chat. This position provides an exceptional customer experience to customers by updating the CRM system, entering orders, handling return requests and providing information in a professional and courteous manner.
This position will work in the company’s Corona, California office.
Work hours are Monday – Friday, day shift from 8am to 5pm.
In this role you will:
- Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality, building sustainable relationships and trust
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone calls, emails and other means in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues
- Assist customers with order processing, pricing, billing, order status, product information and any areas of concern
- Keep records of customer interactions within the CRM/ERP system and update customer account information as needed
- Understand product offerings in depth, sharing that knowledge with customers and potentially encouraging up-sell or cross-sell products
- Meet personal/customer experience team goals and call handling quotas
Skills Requirements:
- A passion for customer service in an office/call center type role
- Proven Customer Service/Support experience (3+ years) in a high volume environment, preferably business to business
- Experience within the DME / Respiratory industry is a huge plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening skills
- Ability to display highly developed customer service soft skills including empathy, enthusiasm, tact and relationship building skills
- Ability to identify and adapt to different types of personalities (Emotional Intelligence)
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Good problem solving and investigative skills
- Strong time management and multitasking skills is required
- Two-year or four-year degree preferred
- Good computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, CRM and ERP (Oracle NetSuite and RingCentral preferred)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality is critical to successful performance

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
