What drives you? Are you someone who likes to see the fruit of their labor? Do you like making repairs and adjustments to machinery or vehicles? Do you want to grow with a company, learning a craft while earning a good wage? If those questions pique your interest, and if you have the experience and skills needed, we want to meet with you.
TIPS TO LAND AN INTERVIEW WITH US:
- Answer all the questions in this process. Failing to do so makes you appear as though you aren't interested in us as an employer.
- Make sure that if your answers match your job history. Example: If you have experience running a bending machine, but your resume does not reflect any such employment, you will not be considered.
- Answer the phone and respond to the three questions that are posed. This demonstrates a willingness to contribute to the process of vetting you as a candidate.
- Lastly, be honest. Sure, we are looking at your history, longevity, and skills, but a good employment fit goes both ways. If you don't see a future with us, or if you are just going through the motions of applying to basically anything, please reconsider. We are looking for team members who want long-term employment and who are committed to the Company.
