- Must be available for business travel for any and all market events, trade shows, conventions, etc.

Role/Position Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage, process and fulfill sales orders received and obtained at fashion markets or even trade shows
- Be available for business travels to various markets wherever they might occur
- Utilize and apply multiple layers of sales and account data in conjunction with company ERP for next-best action scenarios
- Assist and support all inbound/outbound correspondence through multiple communication outlets (emails, phone, messages, in-person, etc.)
- Responsible for any and all customer/account related inquiries
- Collaborate with teams to achieve 100% fulfillment for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly fulfillment targets
- Own your daily, weekly and monthly task timelines and deliver completed successes of each timeline/task
- Continual product or catalog knowledge familiarity to engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities at markets
- Identify and maximize selling opportunities throughout customer's purchasing journey touchpoints
- Organize and prioritize customer/account data in relation to activities associated to order fulfillment goals
- Continuous aim in driving excellent results across all company-based key performance areas
- Deliver, implement and exercise punctual communications within teams and with management
- Be prepared and become adaptable to ever-evolving dynamic work needs when called upon
- Ensure that all tasks and efforts aligns to company vision, goals and mission
[Important - Please Review Carefully]: In addition to the outlined responsibilities, this role entails extensive off-site travel to diverse states, cities, and locations corresponding to POL Clothing's market schedule. Commitment to travel obligations is essential, as determined by the company or when required. Trade show durations typically span 5-7 days, with events frequently scheduled consecutively. A trade show schedule typically involves 2-3 days for booth setup, followed by anywhere from 2-5 days of the event itself. The role may entail general manual tasks such as arranging product samples, steaming, decorative tasks, and any other duties as to be assigned or issued as needed during the trade show days. Before applying for this role, carefully consider your personal obligations that might interfere with your availability to the travel requirements outlined.
Standard and Expected Work Hours:
- This is a full time position - 40 hours per week
- Applicant must report on-site in person - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
- This is NOT a remote position
- Potential for overtime hours (subject to workloads)
Expected Wage Range:
- $18 to $22 per hour (higher ranges dependent on B2B industry experience - estimated gross annual: $36,000 - $47,600)
