Function:
Quality Technician
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain plant calibration program by interfacing with outside calibration services, completing minor repair work, and maintaining the plant calibration database.
- Maintain training records for hourly workforce.
- Participate in reviews and updates of Quality Management System documents including PFMEA’s, control plans, process flow diagrams, and APQP documentation.
- Disposition non-conforming material.
- Assist with root cause and corrective action activities for internal and external claims and complaint resolution.
- Write and revise work instructions, forms, and process documentation as necessary.
- SPC charting and tracking of process data.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
