- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist members with account management, billing questions, and technical support
- Resolve member complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide product and service information to members
- Process member requests and updates in the system
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
