The Regional Project Controls Manager at Rosendin is crucial for promoting established project controls in their designated region while enhancing them through strategic innovation. This role involves chioning existing methodologies, facilitating the adoption of advanced tools, and leveraging soft skills such as communication and collaboration to navigate challenges. By ensuring project information is managed with accuracy and consistency, the manager supports organizational progress and efficiency in project controls, building on the foundation laid by the project controls group.

Serve as the primary liaison for project controls within assigned region, offering continuous support and guidance.

Lead the integration of new project control systems and the enhancement of existing controls, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and user experience.

Mentor project teams in the effective governance and stewardship of project information to guarantee its reliability and accuracy.

Chion the adoption and effective use of project control tools and software, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the region.

Design and deliver training initiatives on project controls methodologies and tools, focusing on the development of soft skills and technical knowledge.

Proficiency in Oracle, Trimble, and Autodesk products.

Strong communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support.

Proactive in identifying and solving project control challenges.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in a support and/or technical role within project controls or a related area, with a broad understanding of the construction management.
Demonstrated ability in implementing project controls processes and systems.
Strong background in construction or project management within a regional context.
General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
