A fast-growing and full-service trade show booth design company is seeking a highly experienced VP of Project Management to oversee and optimize its project management processes across all locations. This role involves planning, executing and overseeing every aspect of custom trade show booth projects from concept to completion. Candidates can be based out of either Dallas, TX or Orlando, FL and be willing and able to travel approximately 30-50% of the time to various locations and job sites nationwide. They are ideally looking for a strong leader with a proven track record in the trade show or exhibition booth manufacturing industry (10+ years) who can inspire collaboration within the team, improve customer experiences and drive process improvements. VP or Project Management Requirements:

10+ years of progressive experience in exhibition/tradeshows/events/manufacturing operations

5+ years in a senior leadership role within the trade show or exhibition booth manufacturing industry

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills

Ability to problem-solve and create efficient processes

Polished communication skills for direct client interactions

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Exhibit Force or similar project management software

Must be based in Dallas, TX, or Orlando, FL, and able to travel extensively to other company locations and job sites
VP of Project Management Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of project managers and graphic managers

Oversee project management operations across all locations (San Diego, Vegas, Dallas and Orlando)

Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and streamline processes

Train and develop team members to reach their full potential

Solve complex problems and identify creative solutions

Travel 30-50% of the time to various locations and job sites to ensure smooth operations and identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, engineering, production, and operations, to align efforts with customer requirements and business objectives

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and implement corrective actions

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing updates on operational performance, project milestones, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives
