The Warehouse Operations Associate assists the Production Department in organizing and executing critical day-to-day functions and priorities. They optimize departmental performance through accuracy, timeliness, and communications to serve our customers best. Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Run parts between different departments within the warehouse.
- Assist the production line with parts for order fulfillment.
- Keep track of open orders and specific needs per custom cases.
- Use math skills to track parts needed per project.
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and order fulfillment.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks.
- Analytical, problem-solving, time management, and technical skills.
- Foster a collaborative, team-based working environment.
- Excellent customer service and development of working relationships.
- Ability to manage many tasks at once while prioritizing and staying highly organized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Rate $25/hour + approved overtime and weekends as needed.
