Summary
Job Responsibilities

Calibrate mechanical measuring tools.
-
Coordinate with calibration supplier to outsource calibration of welding equipment, heat treat equipment, CMM and FARO arms, as well as other miscellaneous equipment.

Perform work in compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality expectations while supporting a production schedule.

Execute daily priorities as defined by the supervisor or area lead.

Ensuring that the equipment is calibrated as per specifications and industry standards.

Reviewing and repairing equipment.

Maintaining and updating a record of all daily operations

Administering and monitoring calibration procedures

Maintaining documentation of the calibration process

Support continuous improvement and HSSE projects.

Lift a minimum of 30lbs.

Maintain regular and reliable attendance and performance to meet production and business needs.

Performs additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of Calibration experience.

Experience calibrating pressure equipment.
-
Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
