Position: ACA Health Insurance Sales Agent (Remote)
Location: Remote
Shift Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle inbound calls to enroll clients into marketplace-approved insurance plans.
- Utilize ACA knowledge and expertise to assist clients, close deals, and execute plan switches.
- Work with various platforms, including TLD and Health Sherpa, to facilitate client requests.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and adherence to compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
- ACA Sales Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on ACA sales experience.
- Licensing: Active health insurance license, authorized to operate in 15+ states with 2024 FFM Certification.
- Platform Proficiency: Proficiency in using Health Sherpa and TLD.
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrable Health Sherpa experience and a deep understanding of key industry terms and processes.
- Remote Office Setup: Fully equipped home office with reliable internet, computer, headset, and a quiet environment.
- Proven Success: Track record of closing 15+ ACA deals per day.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Comprehensive understanding of ACA with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
- Holds an active health insurance license, authorized in 15+ states, with current 2024 FFM Certification.
- Familiar with Health Sherpa and TLD platforms.
- Self-motivated, professional, team player with a positive attitude.
- Dedicated remote home office setup.
- Strong communication skills, ability to follow scripts, and a desire to earn significantly.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Earn $20 per deal, $25 per deal for CPA under 25, $30 per deal for CPA under 55, with potential weekly earnings of $1200-$3500.
- 20% of each check held back to cover chargebacks.
- Higher earnings potential during the open enrollment period.
- Bi-weekly pay schedule ensures regular and reliable income.
- Position operates on a 1099 independent contractor basis.
