Job Title: Finance & HR Associate
On-site management of the HR department concerning on-boarding and termination of employees. Supports time keeping and payroll run as well as insurance handling. Assists in tax affairs and banking.
Duties:
Oversees the daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with Company Policies as well as local, state and federal regulations
Conduct on-boarding procedures like setup employees in the HR system with tax and insurance information, drafting job offer letters, organizing of background check and drug screening
Conduct termination procedures of employees in the HR system with the related paperwork
Administration of company property and W-2
Time clock review and payroll processing as well as filing of all relevant HR documents
Local contact for insurance and tax services incl. CSC (registered agent) and banking
Assists in tax filing and follow-up of tax exemptions
Assists in credit card handling, all kind of payments (ACH/ Wire/ Check) and incoming check processing
Assists in bank account maintenance and filing of all relevant Finance documents
Mail handling and coordination
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
