We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team and lead our organization to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a business, developing strategies, and leading teams. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all departments are functioning efficiently and effectively, and developing long-term plans for the growth and sustainability of the organization.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
- Proven customer service experience as a manager
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Toast POS and Resy.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
