Our company, a leading player in the industrial manufacturing sector, is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utha. As the Sales Manager for our Job Shop division, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
- Quoting and Proposal Management:
- Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and competitive quotes and proposals.
- Provide a proper estimate for the job as part of the quote and or bid.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and our capabilities.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales management in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of machining, fabrication, and assembly processes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
