Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ag equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections and identify potential problems
- Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of ag equipment and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Skills:
- Knowledge of ag repair, basic electrical systems, and hydrauic systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
