Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient customer service and template and install scheduling.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule template and install appointments accurately and efficiently
- Manage appointment calendars and ensure optimal scheduling to meet customer needs
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
