The Customer Service Representative will provide outstanding service to our customers by responding to a high level of inbound customer calls, inquiries.
The CSR's will actively engage customers to ensure complete understanding of the issues and provide accurate and efficient responses in a prompt, respectful and courteous manner.
This role will act as the primary liaison to the clients and build critical relationships to assure customer satisfaction. Communications are primarily by way of telephone and email.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries, providing product information, and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Establishes and maintains cordial customer relations through telephone contact
Work with customers, sales reps and sales management over the phone and email.
Execute contract maintenance and inform customers of pricing contract changes
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Process purchase orders and order restock of inventory.
Managing order processing for customers using proprietary order-entry systems.
Work with our technical support and collection personnel to expedite orders and resolve customer problems.
Maintain relationships, gather feedback, and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Must have the ability to handle large volume of inbound calls
Must have the ability to maintain cordial customer relations
Effective working in teams to achieve the department's objectives
Strong decision making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
Microsoft Office including; Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
Great follow up skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Self-starter.
Must have strong organizational skills
Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls in a positive manner
