We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager in Danvers, MA.
This position has a Monday-Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm work schedule.
As part of the Inside Sales Team the Account Manager will build and strengthen the relationship between customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities include:

Assist sales staff in organization, coordination and scheduling of tasks, appointments, and sales goals

Lead creative selling and marketing projects to provide customer specific labeling and merchandising solutions

Guide customers through initial on-boarding process of our on-demand label printing software and hardware
-
Participation in trade shows and lead follow up
-
Monitor continued sales revenue to maintain and grow current accounts
-
Submit orders and work with management on pricing strategy
-
Communicate with our customers to provide continued support and success
-
Responsible for accuracy of customer order sheets
-
Monitor current finished goods inventory for certain customers
-
Process equipment orders and parts
-
Review sales history and usage in order to help customers keep supply on hand

Work closely with the internal teams to support and ensure smooth implementation of customers’ needs & expectations

Input leads into our CRM system

Accomplish department and organization goals by adding value to the overall growth of the company

Respond to customers questions about products, prices, lead times and resolve problems
-
Recommend products to customers based on needs and interests

Oversee the design and proof of labels
-
Perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications Include:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
-
1-3 years Account Management
-
Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office
