The Change Management Consultant will be responsible for coordinating all change management efforts across the Wealth Business. This person will also lead large scale change management efforts that impact the business. The role will focus on developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. The Change Management Consultant will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure changes are effectively implemented and sustainable. Specific responsibilities will include:

Coordinate with project leaders to design and implement change management strategies and plans.

Ensure appropriate stakeholder feedback is obtained prior to roll out on medium to high level changes.

Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop strategies to address them.

Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives and address any issues or obstacles.

Define and measure success metrics to monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives.

Prepare and present reports on the progress and impact of change management efforts.

Conduct postmortems to ensure continuous learning of change impacts on the organization to implement future roll outs.

Manage the amount of change impacting the business by prioritizing roll outs and ensuring an understanding of all impacts to the business at any given time

Continue to enhance Wealth Management’s Change Council’s Framework.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial services

Demonstrated multiple project management leadership skills and leading change management activities/programs

planning and executing large-scale, multi-functional projects from vision through implementation

Demonstrated analytical, process management and conceptual skills
-
Demonstrated ability to express complex concepts in terms that are understandable to the business

partners, senior leaders, and the sales force
-
Superior teamwork and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all management levels
-
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with support partners and influence a geographically diverse
-
sales teams
-
Superior knowledgeable of financial products, e.g. deposit & credit products, investments, etc.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
