Position Summary
General Summary/Responsibilities:
Premier Community Health provides comprehensive health and wellness services to employer worksites and the community. As a member of our team, the greeter position requires travel to various sites in Southwest Ohio for health and wellness events. The greeter must be a dependable team member that picks up supplies and equipment from the main office, either the day before or the day of the event and transports the supplies and equipment. Supplies can be dropped off (back to the main office) directly after the event on the same day. The greeter is the first point of contact for interaction with participants and represents the “face” of Premier Community Health. The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Quick critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities are also essential to this role, as the greeter is responsible for maintaining event flow and constructively handling unanticipated related issues. Candidate should have solid teamwork collaboration strengths and possess a desire for continued professional growth.

Working Conditions:
1. Working wellness events at employer facilities and in the community. Community events may be held in the Mobile Clinic.
2. Climate controlled environment. Some events may require you to be outdoors in various temperatures.
3. Event timeframes vary throughout the day. Events may be scheduled anytime between 5:30am to 8:00pm, Monday through Saturday. Event durations are typically between 4-8 hours in length. Some Sundays may apply.
4. Hours may vary. Must be available and willing to work between 25-30 hours during busy weeks.
