- Support and maintain major enterprise applications, ensuring system security and managing upgrades.
- Design and improve business workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform needs assessments, software design, implementation, and support; develop testing scenarios and policies.
- Resolve complex issues, support inbound/outbound interfaces, and manage problem tickets.
- Minimum of 3 years of IT experience in application support and Epic certification.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Project management experience, healthcare setting experience.
