Essential Job Functions

Provide administrative support to the Underwriting Department, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.

Oversee timesheet management, ensuring accurate tracking and timely submission for department staff.

Coordinate meetings and conference calls as needed or anticipated.

Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.

Maintain inventory of all office supplies and placing orders for replenishment as needed.

Manage vendor relationships, including communications, contract/invoice maintenance,
-
Communicate with agents, policyholders, and/or state insurance departments via phone, email, or other means when necessary.

Generate reports and aid with special projects as assigned by management.
-
Provide backup support for other administrative staff as needed.
-
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Ability
-
3+ years of administrative support experience with increasing responsibility.
-
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.

Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and learn new skills as needed.

Florida Insurance Licensure: 20-44, 2-20, or 4-40 (must be obtained within 1 year of date of employment).
