We are looking for Call Center Representatives to answer calls in a very busy call center. Candidates will be speaking to candidates regarding Child Support Services. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. (Bonus Incentives and performances bonuses offered)
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Skills
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment!
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- High school degree or equivalent
This is an onsite call center position open Monday through Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
