Position Overview
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the identification and acquisition of client accounts. Job duties include identifying new potential marketing for selling Ricky Joy products, developing new profit and revenue streams at the store and distributor level, and developing/validating lists of potential prospects. Newly developed accounts are handed over to Territory Managers for further development and maintenance.
Job Details
- Make sales calls to new customers. Develop leads and referrals.
- Prospecting for new customer contacts and distributors.
- Handle all customer or channel partner inbound requests.
- Establish good rapport with customers or channel partners. Responsible for product knowledge to answer questions and follow-up for customers and distributors
- Generate new sales and follow up on order requests
- Maintain and update CRM. Review and update price lists
- Work closely with field marketing on account pursuits. Assist in marketing when needed
- Maintain knowledge of products and industry, establishing personal networks
- May represent the products to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, trade shows, etc.
Requirements
- GED or equivalent
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, minimum 2-5 years experience in similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent prospecting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Handles rejection well
- English and spanish speaking
Excellent customer service skills, able to establish rapport with customers easily

Salary: Basic $55,000 (annual) The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors incluiding skills, experience, education and location. Upon the full attainment of the goals, the potential yearly salary amount is $100,000.00 (This is an estimated value, the salary is uncapped and can be higher if sales and growth occur).
