Position Summary:
Our Inside Sales Representative will act as a consultant to our potential clients, providing detailed insight into the market, the industry, and our services while paying close attention to their specific needs. If the client is a good fit for one of our solutions, you will help guide them on the next steps to becoming part of the goTRG network.
You'll be a key contributor in helping to support the growth of our entire company!
Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Navigate a curated list of retail and manufacture leads to identify the correct contacts for our solutions
- Provide a consultative, high quality, experience for prospective clients
- Hit or exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals
- Handle objections and questions to ensure our prospects have a clear understanding of our value and services
- Manage sales activities within our CRM
- Participate in regular training and skill sessions
- Collaborate closely with other cross functional teams to optimize sales strategies
Required Skills:
The right candidate is eager to jump into an energetic, consultative sales environment, motivated by hitting goals and a desire to learn all about Software and Supply Chain solutions. You thrive on listening and educating, creating trusted relationships and have a passion and interest in the Retail and Consumer
Products industries, understanding the value that our product provides.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma, College Degree preferred
- 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience
- Proven experience in prospecting and developing new business and strong ability to transition prospects to clients
