The Housekeeping Manager will oversee and manage the housekeeping department including scheduling, budgeting, inventory, managing, and leading the team to ensure the ultimate comfort, cleanliness, safety, and confidentiality of all guest rooms and balconies. In addition, he/she will ensure that all hallways, stairwells, and floor closets are maintained with adequate supplies, terries, and linen to par. The Housekeeping Manager is also responsible for ensuring that guest requests are met to satisfaction within the required guidelines.
