The oldest brewery on the West Coast is seeking a skilled Kitchen Manager to oversee their culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and possess strong leadership abilities to manage kitchen staff effectively. Responsibilities:
· Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
· Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
· Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating
· Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations
· Handle customer inquiries and resolve any kitchen-related issues
· Create and refine menu, create weekly specials
· Manage all kitchen inventory and place weekly food orders
· Track and report on food and labor costs
Experience:
· Must be 21
· Previous experience in a kitchen management role
· Proficiency in food safety practices
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
· Ability to conduct interviews and provide training to kitchen staff
· Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks.
