Responsibilities:
- Provide educator patient care in the operating room setting
for the following items:
- Assist surgeons and surgical team during procedures
- Prepare and maintain sterile field
- Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia during surgery
- Administer medications and anesthesia as directed by the surgeon
- Assist with positioning and prepping patients for surgery
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information, procedures, and outcomes accurately and timely in medical records
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
CNOR Certified Nurse, Operating Room Certificate

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the operating room setting
.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, techniques, and equipment
- Strong understanding of medical documentation and coding practices
- Ability to provide case management for surgical patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
