JOB SUMMARY:
· Provides professional nursing care to a specified group of clients in a wellness clinic whose primary focus is regenerative medicine.
· Administers medications and treatments as ordered by a LIP.
· Monitors client response to treatment.
· Ensures overall stellar client experience through client safety, comfort, quality, and outcomes.
· Coordinates the needs of the client with the care coordination team.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:
· Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
· Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) is required.
COMPLEXITY OF WORK:
· Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Must be able to work in a stressful and fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
· Professional behavior/appearance is required, ability to focus on client safety, outcomes, and experience.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to learn quickly.
· Proficiency in keyboarding and computer skills.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
· ER, Radiology, Critical/ Intensive care, or Oncology: 1 year (Required)
· Must have good IV skills and a solid knowledge of nutritional supplements.
· Micro-needling and phlebotomy are helpful – will train.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Requires full range of motion, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
· Requires standing and walking for extensive periods.
· Physical demand requirements are more than those for Light Work.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
· Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
