PMP Personnel Services is a fast-growing company that has partnered with a local company, who is actively looking to hire a Document Assistant for 6 weeks. Applicants must have a clear background and able to pass a drug screen. This position is responsible for documentation that will have to be HIPPA Certified. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following tasks...
- Scan paper documents to create digital copies using designated scanning equipment.
- Label electronic documents accurately for easy retrieval and organization.
- File scanned documents into appropriate electronic folders or databases.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Ensure proper organization and accessibility of digital files.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in document management or related administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency with office equipment such as scanners and printers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic document management systems.
- Physical capability to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
